Welcome to lhsfoss.org, the FOSS project site at the Lawrence Hall of Science (LHS). FOSS is a research-based science program for grades K–8 developed at LHS with support from the National Science Foundation and published by Delta Education. This research, development, information, and issues website is closely linked to the FOSS-user websites: FOSSweb.com, FOSSweb.com/CA and FOSSweb.com/NYC. The FOSSweb sites are designed to provide enrichment for students and support for teachers, administrators, and families who are actively involved in implementing and enjoying FOSS program materials.

On this lhsfoss.org site, educators can find information about:

The main FOSSweb.com site provides the following information for parents, teachers, and administrators:

There are also two FOSSweb.com sites targeted to specific implementations. Both have a similar range of resources as the national FOSSweb.com site. They are:

• FOSSweb.com/NYC for the New York City science teachers using FOSS kits.
